I JUST GAVE A PATIENT AN INTRA ARTICULAR INJECTION. WHERE DO I INDICATE THIS IN AC WHERE MY SECREATARY CAN SEE AND BILL FOR IT?

20605 and 20610 can be found under "search CPT codes" -05 for small joint, -10 for a large joint

I guess what I really wanted to ask is other then indicating you did aprocedure in your notes under Plan where else can you indicate this so the biller does not haave to read through the whole chart to gather billing info?

I code the procedures myself, so no biller is reading through the chart. I put most of the tx in the [censored] section, but I use the PLAN section to indicate the procedure, to list referrals, to list labs drawn, etc It is a nice separate box to indicate things you don't want in the text of your [censored] section
