Maybe I'm doing this wrong. Is it possible to send and save a message at the same time? I end up sending a copy of the message I want to save back to myself so I can then save it. Is there an easier way to do this? I wish the messages were automatically saved. Thanks.

Unfortunately, David, I think that is the only way to do it. I do it many times a day and it seems like a lot of extra clicking. It would be great if next to the "Send Message" and "Save to Chart" buttons was a third that said "Send AND Save".

Thanks for your help. I agree the "send and save" button would be great.

I believe you will find this feature in the list of user requests for the conference.

I instructed my staff that when they get responses back to me that they should save the message to the chart.
