We are set up with Office Ally to have them submit our insurance claims. Some of our patient are seen with insurance and other times without (mental health types). How do I set up encounters to NOT go to the insurance company? What happens if patient changes insurance, does it still have the old insurance for claims still pending etc....

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same question. In addition, I'm still trying to figure out how to upload the claims to Office Ally. They keep getting rejected. Do you know of an easy solution?
