I just tried to use the search feature to look for something I know I had written in a persons chart. I used the free text and went to click on that individuals chart. Unfortunately, it just brings up the entire chart, not the note in question. Since I've seen this person - almost too often - simply scanning a couple of visits is not going to work.
Is there any way to search for something within a note and get it without going through all the visits?
