Could not find anything on this topic when I searched so here I am again.......
We have files we need to send as complete files to other physicians. We have an extensive wound care practice that takes many photos of what the "wound" is that they are addressing. We need to send these along with the narrative/text portions of the files but when I choose "copy the entire chart" the images are not included. Do I need to set up a separate images file and do a drag and drop or is there something I am missing?
As always......many thanks for the brains larger than mine who are able to figure this all out!!

Sky, So I assume you are clicking "Print Formal Health Record"? If so, there is a place in admin options to select what is included and what is not. The bottom box is to include imported items. That must be checked if your photos are imported. Even if the box is checked, I wouldn't guarantee they will go since they will "open in native program". See if that helps.

The images IN the chart are not the issue it is the putting all the patient information onto a CD to send to another physician. It looks like the only way I can export those image files is to create a new folder and save those images to that folder, THEN drag that folder into the patient folder so that it can be burned onto a CD.
Jon, I did go into admin and make sure the check boxes were ticked and all the options to include ALL imported items was enabled. I suspect that it is just the nature of the image file that was creating the problem. Indeed the only option it allowed me was to print.
Thanks for the assist once again. Is it just me that has all these oddball issues? LOL...

The only way I found to get them from that folder is to get them one by one and save them to a new home.......sigh.
If there is another way to grab them all at once it would be wonderful to know. We have a few patients with more than 25 images in their files.
