Can anyone tell me how I can pull up a patient and see if there are any no show appointments?

What we do is right-click on the patient and select "Did not keep appointment DNKA" the nurse then notifies her self and saves the message to the patients chart which you can see in the Past Encounters tab. We do this so that we don't need to scan anything into AC otherwise our PM keep tracks of no shows.

Can anyone tell me how I can pull up a patient and see if there are any no show appointments? click on the patient's name and the the binocular icon below and it will bring up all past appointment. The last kept appointment (note) will be at the lower L corner.

The patient's expectation is that you have all the answers, sometimes they just don't like the answer you have for them
