I know this is an old one. Sorry. But What is a Provider for AC contracts again. More specifically, we may have a RN with us for awhile (not an NP) and I want to make sure she wont be considered a provider.

No she will not - you will have to make her higher than a nurse if you want to make appt. with her (like for allergies or lab draws), but you only pay for NP, PA, DO, MD.
