I am being constantly (well ok maybe every few minutes) kicked off of logmein and having to log back in, very annoying when working. Is there a fix for this? I am working on a fast connection internet!

That's a tough one. With that many kickoffs, I doubt anyone else is trying to log in. I definitely would call LogMeIn. I would complain, I mean you're paying good...uh probably not, lol.

Have you tried Googling it and seeing what shows up? Also, have you run a virus scan lately. Like a 3rd party such as MBAM?

Actually just Googled "LogMeIn disconnecting" and received many answers.

I think figured it out, Windows firewall needs to have permission through that, hope that fixes it!

If it were the firewall, you wouldn't get through to begin with.

What about using the remote access built into windows 7 professional?
Anyone try it or use it?

Remote desktop. Use it daily.

Jack,

A few ideas:

First, is your screensaver set to come on often, like five minutes?
If so, does it automatically lock? If so, unlock it and change it to one hour.

Do you use wireless? Are you getting weak signals to that area?
If so, set up a wireless access point to increase the signal to that area.

Install the latest on the remote machine. Java

What browser are you using? If I.E. change to Firefox, if Firefox, change to I.E. Don't forget Chrome, etc.

You can always call Support @ 866-478-1805 or start a ticket.

Do you have the latest version of LogMeIn? If not, then download it. If so, then uninstall it and go back to the earlier one.
