It would be nice to be able to right-click on patients on the schedule and mark them as "arrived" which would turn the line green and "no show" which would turn the line red, so that providers can quickly see where they are in the schedule during the day to make time for procedures etc. Thanks!

YES YES YES! We would love this feature! Other scheduling programs we have used did something like this. A couple clicks would save time and the color would stand out for the nurse to know a patient is in the waiting room.
Our work-around is that we add '/ARRIVED' to the 'reason for visit' field. For Example: CPE\FL/ARRIVED
