I am trying to run a report to tell me who had a "vaccine" that was notated in the plan section during the past two months.

I used the querie under the 'notes & encounters' in the 'plan' section for 'vaccine'
and I used the querie <= 2 'months since last seen' in the 'schedule' section.

The problem is that if johnny had the 'vaccine' 5 months ago and was seen 1 month ago with a cold, he would come up in the search.

Any hope for this report?

The reports function is full of bugs and doesn't work very well.
