Where would DNR/Living Will/Advance Directive information be marked in AC? We are wanting to put this where the physician can easily be aware of this status, just like Medication Allergies. We are currently using Version 5.1.7

The spot that Leslie refers to is accurate but if you want someplace on the main visit screen you will just have to pick a place and put it there- some people put it at end of Social history. You can also go in demo and put in yellow box so if you highlight name it is main screen.

That's funny Leslie, I never even noticed those tabs! Of course by receptionist is usually on that screen. Does anyone use those other tabs, like keeping track of who records were released to? I just scan the ROI into their chart. I have been putting the DNR in the social or medical hx section.

I also have a heading in Imported Items called Directives. Here the living wills, POAs and any other medicolegal documents are scanned and filed.
