I am trying to add a PA to my amazing charts. Unfortunately, I cannot find where to do it online. Do I go to view, administrator options, user account and add her in there? My question would be then, when does it ask for the credit card to pay for the new user?

Go into the Admin Options and add the PA as a new user. Then you need to decide if they are a full provider or a mid-level (which requires charts to be signed off).
Not sure about your last question

Wendell Pediatrician in Chicago
The patient's expectation is that you have all the answers, sometimes they just don't like the answer you have for them

MDO, if you are talking about two at once, I agree with Wendell. On the other hand, if you want to send some charts to one provider, and others to another, you can do that.

You can set the level of the PA to provider and then have the PA forward charts to whichever provider is supervising that day.
Here in California we have to have 5% of our charts signed off. I will be forwarding those to the physician who will then do a template adendum agreeing and signing off (we don't have all our computers yet).

Jon I want to send to different providers without changing in admin options. Is that possible?

The PA is going to have to forward the charts to each provider.
The provider can then do an addendum stating something along the lines of "I have read and agree with the assessment and plan on this patient seen by PA ____________ on ______ day" Sign and append to note written by PA.

Yes, Mukesh. When the time comes to sign-off on the chart, unless you have "provider" status, it will tell you to forward the chart. For each chart you can pick whichever provider you choose to do the sign-off.
