I would like to be able to activate an inactive medication without it being listed as a new prescription.

I would also like to be able to re-prescribe an inactive medication without having to activate it first and then go to the active list and refill it from there.

I usually just delete it in the note after activating it if I don't want to prescribe it.

Yes, that is the work-around.:^(

The wish is to not have it work more logically and not need a work-around:^)

When I activate a drug or add a drug that I am not prescribing, I just don't enter any # or refills. That way I know I didn't prescribe it when I look back and when I look at the note.
