I purchased the iPhone App, it was configured on the main machine and tested by GA support, it never connected. Support folks have bumped it to a higher level but have not responded in two weeks. Any thoughts?

Have you checked the WIFI connectivity at your office? Can your iPhone access anything else on your local network, can you get out to the internet from your office WIFI?
I would also check the machine that you are trying to sync with, and make sure that the Bonjour service is actually running, some security/anti-virus systems will shut-down ad-hoc servers.

Indy,
I am having problems with the i Phone app as well.
How can you tell if Bonjour is working?
Could you explain how the interface broadcasts from a server?
Thanks

I have been using iphone app for few months and works great. You can check interface status in administrator options. It should be active and broadcasting (in my case this is on port 1546). It takes about 1 hour or so depends on the size of your database to sync first time.
