I think I am going to be posing a lot of questions, natural in someone new to the program. All help from anyone and everyone is appreciated.
Actually, I would disagree. While I understand your need as a new user to ask a lot of questions. And, that is fine especially with different parts of the program and the small details. But, I think you would do much better on this question if you asked no more questions and just learned by trial and error. I think you have all you need with the comments on here.
You started out by asking about charts in your inbox and getting them under control. Some of us posted with help. Then you main concern was work flow, how to pull a chart, from where, how to forward it and sign it off, etc.
Your last post has morphed into how to work with imported items. This thread is going around and around on three or four subjects with each person offering different ways to do it.
I don't think you will do this, but my strong suggestion would be to write one more post saying, "Thanks everyone, I am going to go practice, I will let you know how it turns out. Work on one thing. Pick something you learned and work on it.
If you learn golf, one person teaches you to use a fade, another a draw. So before you ask about pitches and putting, you should go out and try to hit a 7 iron with a fade. Then work on hitting a 7 iron with a draw. Find out which one works best for you and use it over and over. Then go to your teaching pro the next week, and say "I am going to hit a fade. How do I hit it into the wind?"
You don't go the golf course and ask how do I hit a fade, how do I hit a draw, oh and if I hit a draw past the green do I chip it or do I putt it on the green. Once I putt it do I want it below the hole or above? This golf course should have all flat greens. That would work better for me. Someone told me to hit a long driver.
I am NOT poking fun at you. I am saying make a chart called Fred Flintstone and make charts. Sign charts. Save charts. Delete charts. Pretend you are with a patient. Sign them off at the same time you are "seeing the patient," or forward them to your inbox. JUST LEARN BY TRIAL AND ERROR using some of the info here.
If I went and charted using everything on here, AC would explode.
Does that make sense?
