AC is incredibly priced but we had a little bit of a frustration.
Last year we were told to call before our card expired otherwise we would get billed at new rate.

We called AC to change the expiration on our card before it expired and because of this we were told we now had to pay the new user rate which jumped two levels from when we started just because we changed the expiration date.

Just venting any thoughts?
