I think I asked this before but forgot the answer.
How does one write letters to a patient or a consultant while in their chart?

You can simply go to main AC screen while chart is open - right click and choose letters - write letter and then go back into chart. If you want to send one to pt. PICK THE PRINT INSTRUCTIONS on the lower right of the encounter screen - it will bring up letter to pt with the current plan in it - you can erase, etc. and do letter.
