We would like the documentation for changed/cancelled/DNKA appoinments to include all of the information that appears on the schedule. For example, it currently says only "Jon Bertman did not show up for his appointment scheduled with Dr. Taylor for 2/14/11 for 03:40 PM." We would like the comments to also include that the appointment was a 40 minute CPE scheduled on 10/28/2010 10:13:58 AM and include any comments that were entered on the schedule as well. This would be helpful in at least two ways. 1) We could better troubleshoot multiple future appointments that already exist when making problem-oriented follow-up appointments. 2) When we charge a DNKA fee, some of our no-show patients want to debate the particulars. It would be nice to have them handy.
