As a rheumatologist, I need to make sure my Rheumatoid Arthritis or immunosuppressed patients get certain things... PPDs, pneumovac etc.
I assume this should fit any other diagnosis as well (ex Diabetes Mellitus).
However, in the administration, there is only the ability to exclude a diagnosis or use a specific risk factor, none that fit my need.
