I find that the mouse cursor would move as I dictate, and at times, the dictation start to drop words where the cursor is, rather than where I wanted the words to type. It is really annoying.

Other times, DNS pick up certain word set as a command and pull up amazing chart functions, or even close and sign a chart. I did not read anything in the DNS manual or Knowbrainer's manual about commands that will trigger AC functions.

Do you know what kind of bug I have?

I haven't had this problem with the insertion point moving at random. Could you possibly be moving the insertion point by dictating voice editing commands ?

The latter problem isn't a bug. Dragon can recognize menu commands within applications, and voice trigger them. There is a discussion by several of us that use Dragon Medical regularly here . Bottom line -- unfortunately, some of the menu titles used in the AC windows are mis-recognized by Dragon. So if you dictate "no", it will open the "Know" menu. But if you say "no (comma)" Dragon will type "no,". So dictate full phrases, not single words.
