Hi, I am a single practitioner and I am transitioning from MediSoft Office Hours to the AC Schedule module. We schedule our patients on Office Hours by 'room' and not by provider. On Office Hours we have 1 column for the exam room, 1 for the stress room, 1 for the echo room and 1 for the rehab room. Thus we can have several patients scheduled for the same time slot but for different rooms. Is there any way (aside from adding and paying for more providers) to set up the schedule so that I can use several columns (one for each room)? Otherwise we would have to continue using Office Hours just for scheduling.

Joe,
You should be able to, or allowed to set up few more providers by the names of "stress room", "echo room" etc...They will show up on the schedule columns. No problem at all with AC license issue since they charge per provider. Only problem will be the billing.

Yes, the columns would be narrower, of course.
