I can not figure out how to put a referring provider's address on to the letter generated from a chart note. It is easy to generate letter to patients, but I can't figure out how to get the physician's address on to the letter. Please help.

In the main screen, go to view -> practice rolladex (Cntrl-R). Hit "Add new", and put in the referring providers's data. The name and address will then appear in the pulldown list in the letter writer.

On the print screen, the lower box is a scroll down box with all of the providers in your roladex. Once you select the provider, his information (not including area code) will be put into the letter.
