OP pinetree Member Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 46	Seems like when I free script the prescription or edit the "template" prescription, it is not saved and sent to the pharmacy as the default prescription. For example, I wrote for methotrexate 2.5 mg, 5 tablets every Sunday. Instead, it was sent through as methotrexate 2.5 mg 1 tablet every day. It saved only the total number of tablets (25), and refills, but the default qd, bid, etc... will not let me over ride. How do I free script a prescription and give additional instructions without losing it when sent to the pharmacy??
