Is there a way to remove old diagnoses?
the list just keeps growing.

Go into the summary sheet - you can inactivate old diagnoses. If you mean out of the assessment you just erase them, not sure if they ever leave the dropdown diagnosis list once added, but as I recall if you go to summary and inactivate them they will go away the next time you open the chart.
