Although the 5 minute clinical consult is helpful, it would be more helpful to me and perhaps to other pediatricians to have the 5 minute pediatric consult instead. Perhaps AC could be setup to use one or the other resources.

Just in case you weren't aware, if you get your own UpToDate subscription you get CME credits every time you look something up.

The school that I volunteer teach for (Universtity of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine) allows me to remote into their library. From there I can get on UpToDate. The university licensing does not allow for the CME, but at least I get free access to the program. The off-set is that I get tons of CME for teaching.
