I liked the idea of using the addendum as a receipt for copayments and have set up the template for the transaction.
However can I print out the addemdum as a free standing document. I have not been able to fiqure this out

After completing the addendum, go to "Past Encounters" (or hit the shortcut, F8). Select the addendum you want and hit the "Print Item" button at the bottom.
