When you enter a vaccine such as IPV, it records the vaccine and date given in the window below in "shot history." At first, I thought this was a nifty idea, because when you enter a shot before saving it, you can see what the patient has had prior. This can avoid needless vaccinations.
But, if you enter a vaccine erroneously, you can delete it from the record in the summary sheet. But, I don't see any way to delete it from the shot history. Does anyone see how to do that. If not, it needs to be changed.
