Does anyone have a template set for Internal Medicine you would be willing to share (admin > export > practice templates)? Or, perhaps better yet, I noticed at the ACUC that each presenter had an appreciably different style. If that video is ever released, would you consider also sharing your templates? I'd be willing to clean up the xml files and put them online.

(I know AC shares templates online, but exporting seems cumbersome and it doesn't look like it's used very often. It's a good idea, though I think it would be more helpful if it were set up to share template sets (either practice wide or for a given field e.g. PLAN) and with a place for physician commentary on what ideas their set uses (e.g. You'll notice that I've included ICD-9 codes directly into my Assesment templates because it would be really neat if that were added back into AC. Hint, Hint).

If you use templates for yoru assessments, does it save the icd-9s in the problem list?

Not in the current version. I think it worked in one of the past versions, but I didn't find it till it was too late. Me and Scalpel were looking into it in one of the past threads.

I tried uploading my templates a number of times and it crashes. AC is aware of this, it's on the list of things to be fixed.

I agree that it would be nice to just use a template to add a ICD, but they are also added to the problem list at that time, not when it is billed.
(ie if you put in the wrong code, you must go to the summary section and delete it once it is checked in the problem box)

Since picking it is linked in another field (problem list) this would have to be added elsewhere (perhaps in billing) May be a more complex coding issue than it would first appear.
