Does anyone use Medisoft with Office Ally or Gateway?
What has been your experience?
Any problems we should know about before signing up?

I've been using Medisoft with Office Ally for over 2 years and, to date, and am happy with the service. I have never used Gateway.

Rose do you do double-entry with Medisoft. I use officeally and while not perfect it works! I do not use Medisoft though. How compatible is it?

It just occurred to me that Office Ally offers other products in addition to being a clearing house so I just want to clarify that I use Office Ally as a clearing house only. I do not do double entry when uploading claims from Medisoft to Office Ally and I have not had any problems with the uploads. I have an issue with double-entry for data being entered manually into Amazing Charts and than having to be re-entered manually into Medisoft. I've been researching x-link as an interface to automatically transfer data from Amazing Charts to Medisoft. You might want to read the post I just submitted "Using X-link with Medisoft and Amazing Charts"....:)

Thanks for the info. We would like to stop using the Practice Mate and just continue our relationship with Office Ally by uploading from Medi-Soft. Glad to hear that goes smoothly.
