I have read and searched all over the index and help file and cannot seem to find how to delete a duplicated chart note, delete a patient, delete a chart note because it was posted to the wrong patient.....? Follow my drift? Can someone HELP?

Short answer...you can't. I deal with a duplicate note or note in the wrong chart by adding an addendum. That can either be appended to the end of the note or inserted separately. I tend to do both so it shows up both at the end of the note AND in the "previous encounters" section. You can't delete a patient but you can "inactivate" them from their demographics page. (Or you can go to "Add a patient", select the patient in the list at left, and click "inactive patient"). It has been suggested that there be a method to "draw a line through" an erroneous note/encounter, without erasing, like one might due with paper. This would seem to reduce errors. No idea if that feature will ever appear.
