Is anybody successfully using Paperport 12 networked on a server? I know the company line is that it is not meant to be used this way.

Thanks

Yeah, I just talked to them and the only product that will work is Enterprise and it is $160/computer. So I have to lay out over $1000 just to agonize over it. That's alot of updox time so I am headed in that direction now.

Acrobat Acrobat pro 9 does most things that Paperport does and very very fast, including Typing on scanned forms, your Signature stamp, Stacking and unstacking your PDF file, Combining PDF files and much more...
Just a thought. Let me know if you need any more info

Price varies - you will have to shop around.
I do not see why it will not work on windows server 2008 as it does work on Windows Server 2003.I did not check to see if it works with windows server 2008
You will put it on the Server if you want to work off the server but you can also put it on you networked desktops and/or Laptops if you work off them.
