I am on V5 and just noticed that I cannot change the date at the top of my note - like used to do. I lost a couple of notes (my fault for closing without saving I think), but a day later I'm trying to do the note and don't have the option to change the date to the correct date of visit? I double click on the patient to open the note and use Cont N. Please help

In the upper right there are a series of boxes. The one on the left (right above the "physical exam" tab) says "Alter date". Hit that one and it will do what you want....a slight change from V4.
