I am on V5 and just noticed that I cannot change the date at the top of my note - like used to do. I lost a couple of notes (my fault for closing without saving I think), but a day later I'm trying to do the note and don't have the option to change the date to the correct date of visit? I double click on the patient to open the note and use Cont N. Please help
