Sorry if this is old news to any of you. I am in v5.0.29. I just discovered that when I enlarge the Textbox, insert a template and/or type a few lines, and then use the left-hand "Section" selector column to jump to a new section, (ie, History direct to Assessment), it does NOT update the original section and my changes are gone. Ouch!

If I "Update" and move, of course it's all fine. But I have had some loss of notes that I have plugged in and then "jumped" using that Section selector. I would think it should update when I jump?

Yes, this is considered a bug and has been mentioned in another recent post. Hopefully to be fixed soon. I'm trained now to save, return to the encounter then select the field and re-enlarge unless I'm stepping from one to the other. Please submit another bug report so they know we're serious, as this one is really annoying.
