My pharmacist friend tells me EVERY ONE of my NewCrop prescriptions come to him on a paper fax, without patient insurance information and saying that the patient has a Pharmacy Discount Card. This happens even if I send an unaltered, computer generated, default prescription on my favorite patient: Patient, Fake. Okay, WHAT am I doing wrong?

WELL that is interesting. I will check tomorrow and see if my excitement was premature. (God I hate when that happens!) I thought there was supposed to be some other step with NewCrop telling me of other Rx's etc. If I have only been sending Faxes I will be disappointed.

Check with AC support - I had this happen in the beginning and you need to make sure it is set up properly, but I was told the pharmacy's software also had to upload data and each company has a time that occurs (weekly I think) and you may have just not appeared in their system yet, but worth checking with support - I would ping them and see if they can make sure you are set up right.

Oops, my apologies for posting on two threads. I didn't have it turned on all the way. I "accepted" the agreement from New Crop and rebooted and then sent a test to the pharm in our building and they assured me it came in as an e-script not a fax. But from my end it didn't look any different so I think I have a little more set up to work through.
