I finally found my order templates form V4, but it is cumbersome to get to. Does anyone know how to copy adn paste them or whatever to get them into the "new" categories? for ex: I just right clicked onthe orders and up came the templates I use all of the time. Now: right click and menu for lab, nurse etc comes up. I would like to put my "old" lab templates into the new lab tab but can't figure out how without completely starting from scratch.
And how do I delete the templates I don't want that are in V5?

I figured out how to delete them but still can't figure out how to get the old one into the new format without starting over.

Have you considered using the free text orders on the other tab at the right-most of the orders window. Your templates should be there, and your order will go to your staff as a single order. What do you think of that approach?
