Depends on software you are using. We print most things to windows journal or microsoft document imagining and can use our nifty tablet pcs to sign anything before faxing out or printing

Glenda, I have always just printed to the best software drive for whatever printer we were using. But we've got two tablets here. Exactly how and when do you sign, send to printer and the like? I gather getting the steps in proper order is half of it. Then instead of use driver HP1234 printer as the printer window comes up you send it to Journal Writer instead? So how and when does it know which printer to use? I have set up two separate printers here; one for the NYS specific paper for the Rx's that we hide in the back office to keep away from sticky fingers and then our big boy AIO for all the other printing duties. If I'm not mistaken one can have a specific Journal Writer for each and every printer on the computer or system? Hope you understand my questions and thanks for your help. Paul

Chris,
Very simple to sign via pdf if you can scan your signature to a JPG or BMP. It can be imported as a signature. But, the important question is why and what are you signing?
