Just logged in this am and AC has been running very slowly especially when going from schedule to messages. We are running V5.0.24 Tech support has been on it since this am and still no good verdict. Any one else having a problem

We have encountered the slowdown before. A reboot of the "main" computer usually fixes the problem. Once or twice we had to power the whole network down and come back up.

tried all that no improvement. Tech support spent all day logged in no help at all. Was told that on my client computers required a minimum of 2Gb of RAM and that is why they where slow ( I had not down graded my system over night for it to suddenly slow down!) On my 8Gb computer where I also have a problem was told it was due to the fat I had too many emails in my message box for it to run faster. In all fairness I did have 800 so I have got my office staff to delete all unwanted mail but still the computers run AC slowly. Was left in the chat room by myself once the above reasons where given. Up until know Tech support had been wonderful but today I felt it was my fault the system was not running and given no help at all. Frustrated and looking for help

Now that you deleted all your messages, have you tried running Amazing Utilities again?

yes still slow, seems to hang up on loading requirements alot,
