Hi Vicki:
I agree- Office Ally is a great deal!
I finally got my lowly MS Access EMR hooked up with Office Ally after discussing the link with several reps over there. Most told me that the "best" way to do it was by printing out an HICF form to MS Window's Start-> Printer-> Add a Printer-> Generic-> Generic/Text Only driver. The only thing is that THIS DOESN'T WORK!
Finally I got a techie to recommnend the use of MS Excel using/filling out their report. I uploaded it to here-

At the end of the day, once it's filled in with patient data, you just have to upload it to the Office Ally. Free. Direct. Simplicity at its best.
Cheers,
Al
