I'm new to the Amazing Charts boards and opening up my own internal medicine practice soon in Florida. I have an issue with the NewCrop screen still saying 'Inactive' on the Interface section in Administration Options. I have verified pharmacies receiving scripts through electronic prescribing. Just wondering if there is something else I need to have done or if this is just a glitch in the system.
If anyone has any experience/words of advice with the LabCorp and Lytec interfaces, I'd be happy to hear them. I haven't interfaced yet with these systems and any input would be great.

LabCorp interface working well to bring data into AC beta5. Can't do ordering of lab FROM AC that I can find. Some formatting problems with paps, but overall saves ofice staff work. I still print lab the old way (for now) and give those copies to the patients that want it.

The inactive doesn't matter - just a bug on display.
I use PAML for labs -interface works great. I do not believe 2 way from either PAML or Labcorp. I also print lab orders and send with pt./sample if I collect.

Thank you Steven and mkweiss for the info about the 'Inactive' display on NewCrop. I figured that was the case but wanted to make sure everything was going to work correctly down the road. I've talked with LabCorp today and they are going to get me set up with their system and should know how it works in a week or so.
