I uninstalled version 4 (using control panel) - error went away and installed fine. I also on my system found that I had to have my other computers logged off AC to make the install work, although AC said that did not always happen.

I found that I had to uninstall earlier V5 (some computers did not uninstall V4 and I had to use and outside program (revo, free) to remove it because the installer was gone. That should make the 2432 error go away.

Thanks for the info on error 2343. I run XP pro on each computer, and 4 of the 9 needed the uninstall of v4 to get past the error. Then it worked fine.

During installation of the new update I get an internal Error 2343! Any ideas? This is so common that it would make sense to mention this in the version 5 upgrade installation instructions for XP computers.
