Good morning fellow Americans.
Why did they name it Newcrop anyway? Is something growing? Did something get cropped short?
The question is how to. We have not yet discovered the method of deleting refill requests from the list after they have been acted upon. Any suggestions?

If you do a refill request using NewCrop screens and use the request they send ... it is automatic. Are you looking at the request and then using AC screen to send new one?
If you open the pt. chart - hit e prescribing via newcrop. Click on pt. name - it brings up scrip - hit it and will ask you to deny or accept - accept and it sends the scrip, deletes the request and copies into AC.

We just started using this w/ V5. Last week I sent Rxs to Express Scripts. Today I found out that they didn't receive them. Anyone else had this problem?
