OP ryanjo Member Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 2,084 Central Florida	In eRx version 4, the staff could access the NewCrop screens to complete and transmit Rxs that I have entered, using the "Staff Processing List". Now in version 5, if a nonphysician tries to access the NewCrop screen, an error message comes up. Anyone having any success? John Internal Medicine

Also, the staff can no longer check for incoming eRxs from the phamacies, only the physician accounts. I just got the answer from Joe on chat. No provider without an NPI & DEA in their profile can access the NewCrop screens any longer. John Internal Medicine
