is there a way of creating a new folder in the imported items section of version 5. A friend of mine would like to place her dialysis flow sheets in one folder.

I would love for that capability as well. For now, the workaround we use is:
scan, place it in any folder in imported files, lets say Other folder, save it, then edit it. When you edit it, you can relabel the folder however you would like.
We do this now for items that come in for a pt, which we would like to review during the pts visit, under a To Be Reviewed folder that we create. Once a folder is created, then you can drag and drop other items there as well. Unfortunately, you have to do this for each patient, individually.

I wish the imported items folders would stay closed when clicked on. Some charts with a lot of imported items are hard to search through with the folders always open by default.
