I am getting brave and moving our main AC database to Windows 2008 R2 Server. I am alos moving from x86 to x64, so there will be some challenges, but I guess slow holidays so best time to upgrade.
The plan the next two weeks is to move all the support staff and physicians to upgraded computers and Windows 7.
My ultimate goal is to run AC in a virtual machine(Hyper-V) so that even if hardware fails I can move very easily.
