Is there a way to export superbills to CSV file format?

Try this, and see if it will not come close enough to your comma-delimited needs.

In Amazing Charts press "Ctrl+D".
Now select the date range you would like.
Click "Pull Bills".
In the "Export Superbills" area select to export all or each one.
Click "Export".
Click inside the empty white box in the top-left region and select the destination folder you would like the file to be put into.
In the box to the right of that select CMS 1500 Fields.

That should give you a comma delimited file with some extra markers for delimiting chart numbers and so forth. It may work for your needs, or it may not.
