Just want to know any of your experience in using Automated appointment confirmation by phone. Does it truly save money? Is there any company or software that is good and reasonable in price? Are we going to have this feature in our long waiting AC Practice Management?

I used a product that worked off of our PMR package schedule in 1996. I was a PA at that time and also managing the practice.
It saved us on having an employee calling each day, acted as a reminder for the pt's and help cut down on the missed appts or empty slots.
The old practice has changed software vendors and no longer use it.
I's be interested to know if any package interfaces with AC and what benefit is being seen.

We use Appointment Quest. This sends a reminder email to patients 48 hours before their appointment, allowing them time to provide 24 hrs. cancellation notice.
A days schedule can be imported into AC. AC does not charge for the abilty to import Appointment Quest schedules.
