Hello everyone,
I did some search here but could not find anything about my problem. I was trying to write a letter to consultant. For some reason the check mark window "meds" in writer was not clickable. Is it a "bug"? Am I doing something wrong? I ended up printing med list separately. Thank you.

You aren't doing anything wrong. I can reproduce the problem. I don't know if it's intentional or if it's a bug. Have you reported it to AC?

Open AC, then use the drop down menus across the top of screen. Help--> Report Bug. Then fill out the form and submit. I've reported the issue already, but it helps if they hear it from more than one person in order to change something relatively minor as this.

I reported it too. Here is a new twist. "Med box" is freely clickable without any problems on my MA and front office computers. Must have something to do with the privileges.

I don't have the problem, but I guess it occurs. I don't see how it could be a privileges problem.
For those who have the issue, have you tried the simple uninstall reinstall?

I don't have the latest update to V4, could it have been fixxed in Bert's version?
