I am trying to delete some insurnace companies on the demographics page and don't seem to be able to. I right click and am given the option to delete but it does not seem to work. I would prefer to modify some listings rather than delete them but cannot find a way to do that.
Any ideas?

I am also trying to find out how to modify this list. Someone Please help, We have 14 diff addresses in the database for UHC. I have gone through and checked to make sure that the correct one is on every chart with UHC insurance. There is no way that I can see to delete the old ones. The problem is when insurance information is being put in they are using the drop down menu and missing that the zip or a part of it is missing or incorrect and the sam emistake is happening over and over again. Please HELP someone.

If you remove all traces of the others, they will drop off the list, or at least this was true in 3.7 (haven't tried it since v4)

Go to search for each address and change those patients to the UHC that you prefer. Hopefully that address will be taken out.
