From their website -
1)It says it is compatible with Amazing Charts - Hopefully no double entry 2)It is inexpensive 3)It is being improved regularly 4)Email support is free 5)I found this while browsing Ebay
Can this help us till the Amazing Chart Billing Program is released ?
PS - I am not related to this company in any way

First I have heard about it, and I thought I had looked a lot (last was last summer though)
They also reference Availity which appears to have free claim submission on first pass (I will have to check more later) Anyone with any experience with them?

I have used Availity and they did allow free electronic claim submission, but we had problems with their reports telling me that claims were received and sent to the insurance company, but then the insurance companies were saying they never received the claims. I am not sure who was at fault. We were using EZClaim at the time but I was told the same thing was occurring in GE's Centricity.

So then, who likes their clearinghouse the best???
I had propblems with Office Ally but others, it has worked well.
THIN (since changed names but threw BCBS IL) worked well when we were using medisoft, but they require ANSI. They were fairly low cost.

I have heard good things about Claim MD from the billing company we now use. They said even after years of use, they are very pleased.

Just spoke to a representative from Claim.MD and you must have a PM in place before you can utilize their services. I need to do something different until AC releases their PM module.

PM module will be after the CCHIT version is released from what has been stated.
The CCHIT should "hit the fan" (sorry, I couldn't resist that one) sometime this summer, we hope. How soon PM will follow is anyone's guess.
Jon has stated he is changing the way AC is developed to allow multiple ideas to be process at the same time. Hopefully, that means they are working on PM while CCHIT is moving forward
